Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau expressed his disappointment with President Donald Trump following his announcement to withdraw the US from the Paris Agreement on climate change on Thursday.

In the statement from the Office of the Prime Minister, Trudeau also conveyed Canada's "continued commitment to working internationally to address climate change."

Trudeau echoed his statement in a tweet following Trump's announcement: "

World leaders will meet again in July at the G20 Leaders Summit in Hamburg, Germany.
