The producer is elated with the birth of his first child

A Ghanaian film producer has named his son Google,after the popular search engine.

Francis Dzogbetsi, a film producer in the country’s second city of Kumasi told local website his new born son, Google Ahmed Banda was gong to become his researcher.

“He is going to be my researcher. I’m not educated and I’ve been searching everything I want to know on google. I’ve always planned to name my first child Google so that he/she helps in researching”.

A Swedish man Walid Elias Kai was the first person to name a child after the the search engine in 2005, when his son was named Oliver Google Kai.

A remote Indian village in Bhadrapur near Bangalore has also gained fame for its weird naming practices with kids named Google, South Korea, Japan among others as part of a unique naming scheme.
