MoviePass recently announced it would slash the price of its all-you-can-watch movie buffet to a mere $9.95 a month. The service allows users to see up to one movie per day, excluding premium formats like IMAX and 3D. We decided to sign up and find out if the service is too good to be true. We experienced some difficulties right out of the gate. MoviePass released a statement saying that the overwhelming amount of new subscribers has caused myriad technical issues.
