Today Annual Lecture Series Today Newspaper holds 4th Annual Lecture

Today Newspaper in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication is set to organise its 4th Annual Lecture on Thursday, July 20, 2017, at the Coconut Grove Regency Hotel in Accra.

The event which is known as the Today Annual Lecture Series brings stakeholders together to brainstorm on some topical issues that are relevant to the growth of our democratic governance.

This year’s lecture is on the theme “Using digital technology to accelerate business growth In Ghana.”

It is expected to bring together captains of industries, entrepreneurs, businessmen and women, students, development partners, trade unions, communication giants, bankers, security agencies, government appointees, the media and ICT related agencies to take advantage of the benefits ICT offers for business development in developing countries like ours.

The programme will tackle how digital technology can help businesses in the country to grow and contribute to the Ghanaian economy.

The speakers at the programme include the Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone, Ghana Mrs Yolanda Cuba and a technology expert Mr Kwesi Boakye Acheampong.

The event will be chaired by the Board Chairman of the National Communication Authority (NCA), Mr Kweku Sekyi-Addo. The Special Guest of Honour is the Minister of Communications, Mrs Ursula Owusu-Ekuful.
