BM Kids Agency launch writing competition for children

The writing competition is open to children who are from 6-15. The children are encouraged to write on any topic of their choice. Entries open 1st of September 2016 and closes 27th October 2016.

The writing competition is titled the ‘Blooming minds young writers award’

The judges to select the winners are Gamel Sankul who is an author, poet and speaker and Nana Brew Hammond who is an author and speaker.

The winner of the competition in category A will get GHC 2,000, the runner up get GHC 1,000. In category B, the winner will receive a cash prize of GHC 750 while the runner up gets GHC500.

Winners will be announced in December 2016 and awarded in January 2017.

Parents or guardians who wish for their children to take part in the competition must pick up entry forms at GHC20 and submit the essays at designated centres.
