Actor to host USA premier of movie, Pieces Of Me

The film which is directed by Ghanaian actor and director Fiifi Coleman features Adjetey and several African actors and actresses such as Akofa Asiedu, Abeiku Acquah, Napo Masheane and Ekow Smith-Asante.

Ghanaian actor Adjetey Anang, on March 28, will not only be seen showing his acting skills in new movie, ‘Pieces of Me’ but will also be hosting the premiere of the movie which will take place at a red carpet event in USA at the Hoff Theater in College Park, MDUSA at 7:30pm.

The film which is directed by Ghanaian actor and director Fiifi Coleman features Adjetey and several African actors and actresses such as Akofa Asiedu, Abeiku Acquah, Napo Masheane and Ekow Smith-Asante. Fiifi who is well known for his acting roles in movies such as ‘Wedlock for the Gods’, ‘Adam’s Apples’, ‘Ties that Bind’ and more recently, ‘Any ‘More Women’ will however please his fans with his work behind the camera as he tackles a dramatic unwinding of two lead female characters—well known Ghanaian actress Akofa Asiedu and Napo Masheane, an actress, playwright, director and spoken- word artist based in South Africa.‘Pieces of Me’ also features veteran Ghanaian movie stars David Dontoh, Fred Amugi, Irene Opare and introduces Awo Ahiable who plays the character, Dela and is also the screenplay writer of the movie.Coleman stated that Adjetey hosting the show would bring the energy and excitement needed and the movie will also introduce his fans to his work as a director.

“Adjetey Anang hosting this premiere brings the energy and excitement we need around the project. This isn’t my first time directing, but most people know me as an actor. For many people, Pieces of Me will introduce them to my work as a director”, he said.
