Miley Cyrus raises $88,000 at Amfar Gala

Pop Star Miley Cyrus , raised $88,000 (£55,000) For An Aids Research Charity  by selling off personalised versions Of Caitlyn Jenner's Vanity Fair Magazine Cover.

The "We can't stop"  hit maker created three funky prints based on the magazine's front page, which featured athlete-turned-reality TV star Bruce Jenner debuting his new female persona, Caitlyn, earlier this month.

Jenner also signed the glittery designs, and it was billed as "the first available autograph from Caitlyn herself" for The Foundation for AIDS Research.

The "Hannah Montana" actress was also honoured with the Inspiration Award for her charity work, including her MAC Cosmetics Viva Glam campaign, which raised money for those suffering from HIV/AIDS.

Addressing the gathering, Miley said, "I want to work every day to do something good for someone else or I will feel not only as if this honour has just been wasted but my life and all the influence that comes with it (sic). And I hope that one day I'm on this earth to experience an AIDS free world".

Miley Cyrus attended the event with her friend who she introduced on Instagram as; "Tyler is a queer, biracial, agender person, whose pronouns are they/them/theirs".
