Producer talks more on Tiwa's Roc Nation deal and more [Video]

The singer believes indigenous acts may need to speak more English to gain more fans in the U.S and beyond.

He speaks on lessons learnt from the Kanye West GOOD music deal and how he has applied that to the Tiwa Savage Roc Nation deal, and also gives more insight on how the deal was brokered.

On the Afrobeat versus Afrobeats talk, Don Jazzy agrees strongly that they are clearly different and plays devil’s advocate for those tagging all sounds from Africa as Afrobeats saying it probably just makes it easier for them when they are trying to arrange into catalogues their music collection.

On what he thinks about the BET Organisers awarding African acts backstage, Jazzy said they are expecting more growth from us, implying that Africans are not doing enough and need to earn the respect of the international audience by releasing more quality material, “We should not be happy but then it just makes me to work harder”.
