Judge Threatens To Set Embattled Rapper Free...Case Adjourned To February 13

Justice William Boampong was angry in court Thursday as the prosecution failed to present their witnesses in the case as promised.

According to reports by StarrFMonline.com, the judge hearing the case involving Hip-life artiste, Kwaw Kese has threatened to set the rapper free if the prosecution fails to present their witness in the next sitting date.

Prosecutor, Superintendent Emmanuel Akornnor reported in court without his witnesses.

The case has been adjourned to Friday, February 13.

The hiplife artiste was arrested and locked up at the Kumasi central prisons on November 22, 2014 for publicly smoking weed at a pub in the Ashanti Region.

He was granted bail on December 30, 2014 after several attempt by his lawyer to secure his bail.

Known in private life as Emmanuel Botchwey, Kwaw Kese appeared in court in the company of his manager, Sarfo, and fellow Hip-life artiste D-Black.
