The actress, who is popularly known as “Sofo Maame”,  has been out of the film industry for some years now and has set her sights on corporate advertisements.

Domphe Jedadiah, the son of Naana Hayford, in narrating the story to Zionfelix, said he suspected that the armed assailants had been tracking his mother after she had closed from the day’s work.

“I had just met her up to help with the luggage after she drove home. I barely got to the room when I heard mummy screaming from downstairs. I rushed back only to realize she nearly got stabbed by some unidentified attackers as they made away with her bag containing tablets, phones and money” , he narrated.

Naana Hayford's son was, however, pleased to inform the public that her mother had not sustained any injury from the attack and was thankful that his mother escaped the attack.

The young man confirmed that she was currently recovering from the shock of being a victim of a robbery attack.
