According to the president of the Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), Bice Osei Kuffour popularly known as Obour, he never collapsed as reported by the media over the weekend.

But speaking on Neat FM’s , Obour said he was only resting having been tired after training so hard to reduce his weight.

“On Sunday I did my usual exercise but I was tired at some point and decided to relax on the floor and rest before I realized pictures was all over the internet that I collapsed. I never collapsed! I was just tired and I was resting… Frankly speaking, I have noticed how most Ghanaians love me, they worry about me and my health. I have noticed all their concerns about my weight and tummy. I don’t want to disappoint all those who love me and are worried about me so I have started a strong workout routine to reduce my weight and get in shape,” he stated.

Obour came under heavy criticism from a section of the public to lose weight after a photograph of him looking "pregnant" went viral on social media.

He is set to start a new Fitness reality show which will be launched on Friday August at Rockstones Office in collaboration with 4Syte TV.
