Ghana: Bishop Obinim was dragged before an Accra circuit Court for allegedly assaulting his two adopted children – a 14-year-old girl, and a 16-year-old boy on August 17, 2016, who lived with him in the presence of his congregation. He is said to have conducted that act with two of his pastors namely Kingsley Baah and Solomon Abraham.

Bishop Obinim claimed he had a revelation from God that the two alleged victims were engaged in pre-marital sex and the 14-year old girl was pregnant.

The prosecution said Obinim said the children were in the process of aborting the pregnancy, therefore, the Holy Spirit had directed him (Obinim) to chastise the (teenagers) in the presence of the congregation.

According to the prosecution, in the full glare of the church, Obinim allegedly removed his belt and assaulted them.

A pastor in Brazil was arrested for raping his faithful after convincing them that his reproductive organs contained “holy milk” which they need for holy healing.

Sobrino Valdeci Picanto an evangelical pastor from Brazil persuaded his followers that he practiced his strange beliefs because it was the way he preached the word. According to media reports, Denise Pinheiro, delegate of the religion said, “Valdecir was caught red-handed while rubbing his reproductive units in the face of a local merchant, which promised to make more sales in her business due to divine liquid.

Meanwhile in south Africa, a prophet charged at a pair of lions in a national park to prove the power of the spirit. The lions called his bluff and nearly killed him. He was fortunately saved by rangers who shot in the sky dispersing the lions.

Prophet Mboro again from South Africa was reported to have ascended to heaven during a live service. He surfaced a week later and claimed he took selfies with God with his Samsung Galaxy smartphone and has been selling them for 500usd each. He also said Jesus has a hot black wife in heaven.

Another popular man of God from Malawi, Pastor Anointed Bernard was seen praying on soaps for his female members to use to lure men into love relationships.

According to a post on the church's Facebook page, the General Overseer of Shammah Miracle Embassy who is popularly called Commander 1, allegedly commanded his female congregants to come to church with soaps so that he would pray on them for the purpose of seducing men.

Church members mostly females stormed the Shammah Miracle Embassy church which is located at Old Avondale Complex in Avondale, with soaps of different colours and shapes, for the Prophet to pray and get it converted to supernatural soaps.

According to Prophet, once a soap is prayed on, it will enable the ladies lure men into love relationships, among other uses of the supernatural soap.

According to media reports, Prophet Anointed Bernard asked his members to bring out their bank cards and prayed that God should miraculously credit their cards."
