Mr. Opare reiterated his institution’s vision of redefining education in the last 5 year and how it is impacting education sector positively in Ghana. He further explained that one of the innovations recently introduced in Golden Sunbeam is the ICT  led education at the Basic and High School level over the last five years with the use of tablets in teaching and learning, culminating in the learners receiving their lesson content electronically on a learning management system (EMLEARNER) before going to class. This is to allow learners to read ahead, find out more about the topic and get their questions ready for discussions in class when they met their teachers. This great innovation saves class time and allows one -on -one interaction, which affords training executives ample time to identify and assist learners who may be struggling with academic work. Parents on the other hand can also monitor the progress of their wards through this system.
