Why Lil Win created new social media accounts

He made the announcement on Twitter and urged his loyal fans to follow his new accounts across all the popular social media platforms.
“To all my fans, I am travelling to Europe. Henceforth, all my social media accounts’ name is ‘Official Lil Win’,” Lil Win said in a short video posted on Twitter.
He added: “Any social media account bearing the name ‘Lil Win or Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win’ is fake. Now, the authentic one is called ‘Official Lil Win’”.

Immediately after the announcement, people started questioning why the old accounts of Lil Win are active yet he created new ones without closing down the old ones.
Pulse.com.gh did a quick investigation to find out why his old accounts are still not closed down and our findings suggest Lil Win had a misunderstanding with his social media account manager (name withheld).
According to a close source, Lil Win’s former account manager was asked to quit managing the accounts due to his ineffective content sharing but refused to hand over.
Our source also said Lil Win’s social media manager first created that accounts in his name with his email so there is no way the “Ladder” hitmaker could retrieve it.
We are told Lil Win got furious over the issue and created new ones.
