The 'Fashion Police' host couldn't go unnoticed as she stunned in a strapless Maria Lucia Hohan mermaid gown but her protruding collar bone and very thin arms raised questions by social media commentators.
Twitter user @LBartlome noted: '#giulianarancic needs to eat a fully loaded baked potato on the fly.'
Another, @melissazodi wrote: 'Besides the fact that she looks like skin and bones, #GiulianaRancic got sprayed one to many times with the spray tanner (sic)!'
