Kwaw Kese calls on Anas to investigate Fennec’s death

Hiplife artiste, Kwaw Kese has suggested that ace investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas should investigate the death of Fennec Okyere.

The late Fennec Okyere who was the manager of Kwaw Kese was killed at his Manet Gardens residence on the Spintex Road, Accra on Thursday, March 13, 2015 by unknown assailants.

He died at age 31 and was laid to rest after a funeral service at the forecourt of the Trade Fair Centre, LA-Accra on Saturday, April 26.

The fante rapper, who is unhappy about the way the police has so far handled the case, wishes that Anas would assist in finding the killers of his manager.

“I suggest Anas must step up to do the investigation and who knows, something will come up,” he said in an interview with Andy Dosty on Hitz FM.

Anas' investigative pieces over the years have captured on video how some security agencies aided people to smuggle cocoa outside the borders of the country, how inmates at the orphanage in Bawjiase were maltreated and the home being turned into a business venture by its founder; bad management practices, food theft, drugs trafficking and drugs sales from the Accra Psychiatric Hospital among others.

In the latest investigative piece by Anas Aremeyaw Anas, thirty-four judges at the country’s High Courts, the Circuit and District courts were captured on camera allegedly taking bribes from litigants whose cases come before them.

So far, twenty-two lower court judges are on suspension while the remaining twelve high court judges are battling the impeachment process.
