Teacher reports star's affair with Tyga to child protective services

According to California Law, any teacher that suspects that an underage/minor is having sexual contact with a man over the age of 21 is required to report. If the teacher stays silent, he/she can be fired and/or thrown in jail.

One of Kylie Jenner's affiliated teachers has reportedly called the Los Angeles child protective services to report her alleged relationship with an overage Tyga (aged 25) which contradicts California Law!

According to the law, any teacher that suspects that an underage/minor is having sexual contact with a man over the age of 21 is required to report. If the teacher stays silent, he/she can be fired and/or thrown in jail.

An anonymous source revealed to gossip site, MediaTakeOut this week that:

"A lot of people suspected Kylie was dating that rapper [Tyga], but we thought it was rumors. But last night it was everywhere, on the internet, the TV news, the radio . . . [the teacher] decided to make the call [to child services] because she's a mandated reporter."

However, it remains unknown if any action shall be taken against Kylie or let's say her mother, Kris Jenner but reports say an "active investigation" has been opened.

But if Kylie and Tyga are found guilty, the Jenner girl could be put in foster care and criminal charges will be filed against Tyga.

Kylie is currently "home schooled" - but takes classes with a number of teachers that are affiliated with an official school program.

Looks like the heated Amber Rose/Khloe Kardashian Twitter fight just got Kylie and Tyga into more trouble than... Khloe ever thought!
