The Time’s Up campaign conceived in January is a movement against sexual harassment in the workplace and was championed by Hollywood following the recent allegation in the media, film and broadcasting.

The movement’s legal fund will offer support to people who have experienced sexual harassment, abuse or assault in the workplace.

“Over the last few days, my reshoot fee for All the Money in the World has become an important topic of conversation. I 100% support the fight for fair pay and I’m donating the $1.5m to the Time’s Up Legal Defense Fund in Michelle Williams’ name” Wahlberg said in a statement.

William Morris Endeavor, the Hollywood agency which represents both stars said it would also donate $500,000 to Time’s Up.
