Why Beyonce didn't bring it this year

The anticipated 2015 Met Gala brought loads of style statements with it where a lot of style- some extremely bizarre- met on the red carpet.

Beyonce stepped out again this year in a super sheer/nude Givenchy piece, going sans any form of underwear. She as totally nude under the dress that delicately concealed her privates with dainty sparkly multi coloured embellishments. She styled the look with nude sandals, high blond ponytail  and a bronzed out skin.

From celebrities' entrance on the red carpet, it was lit with jaw dropping looks, some partially went with the theme of the event, 'China: Through the Looking Glass' with celebrities like Rihanna going all out.

Beyonce seems to be channelling predictable nudity for MET Gala showing off her famous curves sans underwear which quite frankly has become quite boring, last year she chose a sheer Givenchy look which wasn't a bad look, the year before it was the same look.

Queen Bey seem to be too predictable when stepping out for MET Gala, she doesn't 'wow', with her there's almost no surprise, just a lot of flesh on display and this year it was still the same way except except with even loads of skin, she just didn't bring it.

More fun, less predictable style away from the same old Queen Bey staples could work magic, no? What do you think of Beyonce's red carpet look to the MET Gala? Take a look at some of her past look to the event above.
