Paris announced the loss on Instagram April 21, saying ... "My heart is broken. I am so sad & devastated. I feel like I've lost a member of my family."

Paris Hilton is in mourning after her dearest pooch named Tinkerbell, passed away at the age of 14 (human years) which is roughly 72 dog years.

Tinkerbell was Paris' first ever dog which she bought from an online breeding company in 2002 after being inspired by the movie, 'Legally Blonde'.

Paris announced the loss on Instagram April 21, saying ... "My heart is broken. I am so sad & devastated. I feel like I've lost a member of my family."

She added, "I love you Tinky, you are a Legend & will never be forgotten." #RIP

In 2004, the dog was reported missing after Paris' home was attacked by burglars. The socialite offered to pay $5000 to anyone who found her.

After six days, Tink mysteriously showed up and there were no details on how she found her way back home.
