Simon Cowell, the X factor judge wants to meet up and have a conversation with the burglars, who had looted his home.

The 56-year-old music mastero was sleeping upstairs in the £35 million property with his partner Lauren Silverman and their 21-month-old son Eric when robbers raided their house and robbed off 5,00,000 euros on December 4 and now the 'X Factor' judge wants a face-to-face meeting with those responsible.

''One hundred per cent I'd like to meet the guy. If we found him I'd want to have a conversation with him. I don't want to say too much right now because I am angry,” said Simon.

He expressed his serious concern over his 21-month old boy.

“As a dad you have to realise the psychological damage it does having someone you don't know in your home 3ft away from your little boy. What would have happened if he had woken up? I don't want to feel too much like a victim here because this happens to thousands of people every, bloody day.”

Simon Cowell sent his beloved dogs Freddie, Squiddly and Diddly to the doghouse after raid and calls in some REAL canine security

“I have three dogs and they didn't make a sound. They're usually always barking but they chose not to at that time.”

“Now I have dogs that bark,” declared Simon Cowell.

Days before the same raiders also hit 25-year-old Rita’s six-bedroom North London semi on November 28 while her family was staying there – taking jewellery, cash and electrical goods.

Asked if she had increased security as a result, she replied: “Yeah, I have. It’s really scary.”

With these developments, another X factor judge Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, 32, is following suit – by turning her home into fortress.

“I had a serious security system before but I’ve laser beams now so they have no need coming to mine,” said the former Girls Aloud star.

“I had them installed after hearing what happened to Simon. It really is serious. I’m not taking any chances.

“Even when I am not in the house I have people in there sometimes.

“I also have chihuahuas who bark a lot. They sound a lot bigger than they are.”

The traumatic break-ins would have been unwelcome distractions as the judges prepared for the X Factor final this weekend.
