Tyga fined for hosting wild home parties

Tyga has been throwing wild parties at his Calabasas home in the Oaks development in California and his neighbors have had enough of it.

They claim the noisy get-togethers are against the HOA rules and now charging the rapper over $10,000 in unpaid fines

Sources tell TMZ that Tyga's been inviting too many guests to his parties, and letting them enter without proper security clearance. The homeowners' association has hit him with the fines, but it's having zero effect.

Reports say since last August, Kylie's boyfriend has paid a little here and there, but he's largely ignored the dozens of notices and warnings. He was even banned from all common areas of The Oaks.

The site claims his landlord is now trying to get Tyga to bring out the money.
