The 17-year-old black teenager, who was carrying a three-inch folding knife, was shot 16 times by Chicago Police Officer Jason Van Dyke last October, but it was only yesterday, November 26 when the dashcam footage of the incident was made public on judge’s orders. Ghanaian/American rapper Vic Mensa was part of the protests and is seen clashing with the police in a CBS news report (at the 1:30 mark).
