After dating for four years, controversial singer LadyGaga and her actor boyfriend TaylorKinney have decided to take their relationship to the next level as the two get engaged.

"He gave me his heart on Valentine's Day, and I said YES!" Gaga wrote in the post.

The singer and her fiancé are said to have first met on the 2011 set of Gaga's "" music video and started dating months later.

They then made a brief split in May 2012 but got back together after a month and they have been dating since.
