Season 4 of 'Arrow' returns on Wednesday, October 7, with Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, Katie Cassidy as Dinah, David Ramsey as John Diggle, Willa Holland as Thea Queen,Emily Bett Rickards as Felicity Smoak,John Barrowman as Malcom Merlyn, Paul Blackthorne as Detective Lance, Neal McDonough as Damian Darhk among others.
