Paramount Pictures released the trailer for their upcoming 'Captive' film, which is based on a true story.

Starring David Oyelowo and Kate Mara in lead roles, the film is directed by Jerry Jameson.

Based on the book 'Unlikely Angel: The Untold Story of the Atlanta Hostage Hero' by Ashley Smith and Stacey Mattingly, Captive tells the story of a hostage who uses Rick Warren's 'The Purpose Driven Life' to convince her desperate captor to put his life on the path to redemption.

Others in the movie include Michael K Williams, Mimi Rogers, Jessica Oyelowo and Leonor Varela.
