“She always wanted me to do live music. She liked hip-hop, but she was more into live music, the live drums, live guitars, not too much that’s computerized. I should have done it for her and now she’s gone.”
The Mary album was produced by songwriter/musician Akwaboah, who is the first artiste to be signed to Sarkodie’s Sarkcess Music label.
"Mewu", the first single off the upcoming album was released about a month ago.
Sarkodie adds that there is a lot of Highlife influence on the album.
