Accapella group, Pentatonix, capture King of Pop's musical evolution

Six years ago today, Michael Jackson died — but the trailblazing musical performances live on through the wonder of video sharing sites.

Michael Jackson's evolution has been captured by the group, Pentatonix.

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson died six years ago today, but in his wake, left fans a career of incredible live moments.

Now, the five-member group, Pentatonix turns its attention to the King of Pop.

Pentatonix runs through more than a dozen Michael Jackson songs in its new clip, from early Jackson 5 hits like ‘I Want You Back’ and ‘ABC’ all the way to latter-day favorites like ‘You Are Not Alone’ and  ‘Heal the World’. Of course, there are plenty of songs from Jackson’s ‘Thriller’ heyday.

And we especially love the way Avi Kaplan sings the bass lines on ‘Rock With You’ and ‘Billie Jean’.
