When Live FM started operations over a year ago, the radio station pulled over several known media faces from different organizations with YFM losing some of its key stars to Live FM. With the station changing owners, there is even more aggressive poaching in order to create an urban radio station with Live FM. And again, YFM has been hit hard.

YFM Presenters Quit For Live FM
Sammy Forson who is YFM’s mid-morning show host will join Live FM with fellow YFM mates, MsNaa, Jay Foley, Joel and DJ Vision.
According to a previous report by AmeyawDebrah.com, MsNaa the host of YFM ‘Ryse N Shine’ resigned some weeks ago to join the resurfaced urban radio to host the station’s new morning show. A source close to Ameyaw Debrah also confirmed a few days ago that Jay Foley has also joined the station as the Director of Programs.
Another surprise poaching is Y FM’s mid-morning show host, Sammy Forson. Forson, who is artiste manager of multiple award-winning Ghanaian musician Sarkodie will join fellow Y FM mates, MsNaa, Jay Foley, Joel and DJ Vision at Live FM.
LIVE FM is another operating on-air unit of EIB Networks, which has broadcaster Kwabena Anokye Adisi (Bola Ray) as CEO, and former Finance Minister, Kwabena Duffor, as Chairman.
