Over the past few years, Ghanaian born in UK inspirational singer Jael Wiafe has been in the news for so many reasons, both good and bad.

Jael Wiafe, one of Ghana’s most powerful singers who never relied on her past horrible lifestyle and the wealth of her rich family has released another sensational video tiled “Keep on believing”, a video directed by an upcoming creative cinematographer, Nana Kwame.

Instead of enjoying her wealth, she transformed her lifestyle from bad to good by accepting Jesus Christ. Jael Wiafe has released several award nominated masterpieces such as “Won’t give up the fight” featuring Jamaican dancehall gospel musician Papa San, “Adonai”, “Higher than”, “Menya hwan asoma” and now another inspiration titled “Keep on believing”.

“Keep on believing” is an inspirational music video that expresses its message through a symbolic life approach. The video took Jael Wiafe to a green pasture where she narrated a short story about a brilliant young boy of about 13 year old in a class of more than 15 pupils. In a class session, the young boy was asked to read a text that reads “KEEP ON BELIEVING” written on a chalkboard by his class teacher, he took to himself to believe in all his endeavours.

After the class, the young boy took a walk by the road side to go home. On his way, he came across garbage gathered by the road side. He went to the garbage to pick electronic cables from a damaged TV and other broken plastic rubbers.

When he got to his room, he decided to make a helicopter toy from the materials he gathered. After fixing all the electrical cables together, he ran to his friends who were playing football and “ampe” on the street to test it together. After three consecutive attempts, the helicopter toy never started.

He nearly gave up but all of the sudden, the helicopter flew high to the sky!!!

The video’s concept was clearly defined in terms of the motivational symbolism that was demonstrated throughout the video. The boy’s continuous test to started his own designed helicopter motivates the viewers to be self-starters and his failure to start the helicopter severally push us to try over and over again until we achieve what our goal.
