Roc Nation signed act Vic Mensa has hinted at future collaborations with Ghanaian rappers Sarkodie and Joey B.
Rappers Joey B and Sarkodie, could be the first Ghanaian artistes to record with any member of the renowned hip hop entrepreneur Jay Z’s Roc Nation should plans by Vic Mensa to work with them materialize.
In an exclusively interview with www.nydjlive.com, the 'U Mad' hitmaker, who was on a short trip to Ghana for his grandmother’s funeral, disclosed he would love to work with both because they have the biggest buzz.
According to Vic Mensa, his decision to work with Joey B and Sarkodie was informed by the buzz about them and their works he listened to when he visited Ghana a couple of years ago.
“I like Joey B and Sarkodie and would love to work with them. When I just came, Joey B was just the hit…”
Asked if he would love to work with them any time soon, he answered in the affirmative saying, “yeah, that will be cool.”
