Pentecost Deacon, Elder ‘clash’ in lady’s bedroom

An Elder of the Church of Pentecost in Breman Fawomanye in the Ejumako-Enyan-Essiam District has been caught having an affair with a member of his congregation by a deacon in the church.

Deacon Kwame Acquah narrated to Adom News that there had been several complaints from leaders of the church in the community about the activities ofElder Samuel Akumsah who is also an Assemblyman in the area,leading to the hatching of a plan by members of the church to monitor his activities.

After several weeks of monitoring,Elder Akumsah was seen entering the room of the married congregant at around 10am on May 12,2015. Deacon Acquah said he alerted the wife of the Elder Akumsah and together, the two went to the home of the lady in question.

Deacon Acquah who claimed he spotted the elder having sex with the unmarried member upon arrival in the room of the lady said he and the elder engaged in fisticuffs after he raised the alarm to alert neighbours about the activities of the Elder.

“The moment he emerged from the room of the lady, he slapped me and I also started struggling with him…however because he was too strong, he overpowered me and run away…,” he said.
