According to information gathered by Daily Guide Newspaper, the authorities managed to convince the complainant, who is the father of the boy, to withdraw the case of sodomy because he is a relative of a certain sergeant at the Tema Regional Police Command.

However, the complainant in the defilement case refused to withdraw the case and expressed his intention to make the teacher face the justice of the law for allegedly defiling his 13-year-old girl.

According to DOVVSU the suspect asked the victim to always visit him on Saturdays after extra classes to fetch water and do other household chores for him.

The teacher engaged the male with a computer game while the victim cleaned bowls in the kitchen.

The teacher allegedly carried a student mattress to the kitchen, forced the victim to have sexual intercourse with her.

He used a tissue to wipe the vagina of the victim and his manhood and warned her not to disclose the incident to anyone after the act.
