According to the  flummoxed owner,Christin Bjugan, the animals are fed on Monday and they were very hungry that day.

After carefully study of the surveillance footage from Friday January 8 after she got a call that the black pastel ball python, valued at $200, was missing and finally, she spotted the snake thief on camera

The amusing and surprised thing was how he plucked the reptile out of its cage and hid it his pants.

'You'll see him put it in his pants -- yuck. Just drops it right in the front,' she told Fox 6 News.

She then says she watched the man try to walk out of the store like 'there's not a snake down his pants.'

She says that she'd seen the man in the store before - but this time he was accompanied by a woman blue hair who seemed to be working with him.

Cops are now on the hunt for the man responsible for the reptile ripoff.

'Anytime anything like this happens, it's very frustrating. We work very hard to make a living and run the business,' she said.
