Men in Ghana have been ranked third largest penis in the world.

The West Africans measured 6.8 inches, closely following Equador–6.9 inches (second largest) and Congo–7.1 inches (largest penis size).
According to Canada-based BodyRock, which conducted the survey in 80 countries, the average phallus size worldwide is 5.5 inches.
It said South American men were found to be well endowed with an average penis size of 6.36 inches. While North Korean men, at 3.8 inches, lag behind all men in other countries as far as penis sizes are concerned.
