This video of man handcuffed to moving police van will break your heart

The video which was shared on Twitter in a bid to get the attention of the Commissioner of Police has since gone viral and caused myriad reactions online.

Man handcuffed to moving police van in Edo state

The Twitter user who shared the mind-boggling clip revealed that the man being brutalized by the police in the video was arrested for reasons yet to be confirmed.

The video shows the van in motion while the man is dragged along on the coal tar.

Although the claims are yet to be confirmed, the attention of the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Public Complaint Rapid Response Unit, Mr. Abayomi Shogunle has been called to the incident.

He is, however, yet to respond.
