The suspect was nabbed Thursday night after he attempted to rape a middle-aged woman.
The Police retrieved a knife, scissors and a screw driver from the suspect.
Residents claim he recently raped another lady at knife point.

Mother of a lady who escaped his attack Friday dawn told Starr FM the experience was horrifying.
“On Wednesday he entered the room while we were sleeping then my daughter started shouting but he asked her to shut up or be stabbed.
“Fortunately, my daughter managed to hit the door with her legs and it opened. After that, the boy got frightened and bolted away.
"Then Thursday night he came back again. This time around, he moved from our daughter to me but he still couldn’t succeed,” she narrated.
