24-yr-old video blogger gets £1m mansion

Zoella started her blog six years ago in her bedroom as a teenager and has now become an Internet star who gets 20,000-a-month from advertisers

A 24-year-old who makes her living as a video blogger has made the news after she splashed out a whooping £1m on a mansion in Brighton United Kingdom.

Zoe Sugg began her career as a teenager posting videos on YouTube about fashion and beauty from her bedroom. Six years later and with about seven million subscribers, Zoe Sugg has become a millionaire.

Miss Sugg tweeted to her fans that she will be sharing the house with 21-year-old boyfriend Alfie Deyes and says that she has christened the house the 'Zalfie Pad.'

The Youtube channel which was set up in 2009 now has six million subscribers and 12 million hits on her vlogs per month.

Advertisement on her Youtube channel cost about N6m (£20,000) a month.
