Ingredients

  • Snails
  • Pepper
  • Chili
  • Tomato puree
  • Onion
  • Stock cube
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Riped plantain

  • Put the cleaned snails in a pot and pour water to cover them.
  • Add the stock cube, blended onions and cover to cook for 20 - 30 minutes.
  •  In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil till hot. Add onions and stir-fry for 1 - 3 minutes.
  • Add blended pepper cook for 3 minutes and add tomato puree.
  •  After cooking for 5 minutes, add crushed seasoning and pinch of salt
  • Add the cooked snail. Stir- fry for 3-5 minutes.

Plantain

  • Peel ripe plantain and cut into desired sizes
  • Add water to plantain and sprinkle salt.
  • Heat a pan with vegetable and add plantain.
  • Deep fry till golden brown, 5-7 minutes;
  • Transfer fried plantains to paper towel to drain excess oil.
