4 easy ways to treat dandruff at home

Apple and orange paste

Fruits like apples and oranges are perfect for treating dandruff because it promotes the growth of new tissues and removes dead cells.

Make a paste of equal parts oranges and apples and then massage the paste into your hair. Leave the mixture on for thirty minutes and then wash it out with a mild shampoo.

Aloe Vera

Simply massage aloe vera into your hair into your hair and your scalp and sit for few minutes. Wash out it again with a  mild shampoo to remove the dead skin cells and replace for a healthy hair.

Garlic and honey

Popularly used for culinary purposes, garlic contains an antifungal compound called allisin, which is particularly effective at fighting the fungus that can be responsible for dandruff.

Mix two tablespoons of garlic powder with honey into a paste. Apply the paste to your hair, leave it in for half an hour and then wash out thoroughly with shampoo.

Rosemary and vinegar

Popular spice, rosemary works as an astringent in the scalp; very good for removing excess oil that causes dandruff.

Just squeeze a handful of rosemary leaves to extract the oil and mix the oil with some vinegar.

Apply the mixture to your hair and leave it to work for about twenty minutes. After twenty minutes, wash the mixture from your hair with a mild shampoo and rinse your hair thoroughly.
