In a letter- read it here- sent to the brand the raved Velvetines Liquid Matte Lipstick stands out as unsafe because the labels say that these lip products contain Ferric Ferrocyanide and Ultramarines, both colouring agents that is unsafe for ingestion.

The FDA stated that the lipstick comes in contact with the mucous membranes of the mouth making it possible for the ingredients to be absorbed which can cause serious irritations.
