5 natural ways to reduce wrinkles

Wrinkles and fine lines are bound to appear as you age. But, other factors may expedite what is a natural process. Aloe vera helps in preventing these early signs of aging.

Some dermatologists say that skin starts to age as early as the age of 20, and from then on, the collagen and the elastin in the skin starts to begin to deplete and, eventually, that leads to the appearance of wrinkles.

If you don’t get an adequate amount of sleep, your body will inevitably produce too much cortisol, which is a hormone that attacks your otherwise healthy skin cells. This can cause wrinkles.

If you get enough sleep each night, your body will work hard to remain elastic and less wrinkly. Try going to bed at the same time each night and waking up at the same time the next day.

Caffeine can make you feel hydrated because it’s a diuretic that makes you urinate more often. This, in turn, can have a damaging effect on your skin.

Cocoa, on the other hand, is good for your skin because it’s rich in dietary flavanols that protect your body from sun damage.

Cocoa can also improve circulation to your skin cells, as well as make it look smoother and more toned in general. Grab a few cups of cocoa each day and you could be looking better in no time at all.
