TRÔOFÊ Festival – 2nd Edition for 2015

Trôofê festival is a gastronomic day showcasing African soups.

It was first organized in 2011 in Accra by Edwige EPPROMO (Mrs.) a Côte d’Ivoire national. In Agni and agni dialects (ethnic groups from Côte d’Ivoire), Trôofê means ’’tasty soups’’.

For four years, Trôofê has been gathering the African and European community in Accra.

For African restaurant owners, Trôofê aims at valuing African dishes. This is an opportunity for all lovers of the African gastronomy to tickle the palate.

Participants are invited to play traditional games such as Oware, Ludo, and Draughts.

Ghanaian Highlife great Nana Fynn will also grace the event with moving performances of big hits such as "Odo Handkerchief" and "Menkoa".
