A few hours after the show, Shatta Wale took to his Facebook to thank his fans and management team saying (unscripted), “First of all I want to thank God for making this happen in his name. Secondly, I will like to thank my Team #SMF x #SM for believing in this great dream and also Juwaid for this spectacular set up. To the Commander, Nima police station and IGP I say Ayekooooo!!! Lastly to my greatest gift God ever gave me on this wonderful earth MY LOYAL FANS,i love you all, and I want to say you people are the #champioooooons i always talk about..Get ready for another show.. Shatta wale say MEDAAASE..Thank you.God bless you all #notime”
Pulse.com.gh wasn’t present at the concert, but we are told he left mid-way through his performance due to the rain.
We also understand that though other top artistes such as Iwan, Ras Kuuku, D-Sherif, Rashid Metal, among others were booked to perform, only a few made it to the stage due to the downpour.
