7 simple ways lazy girls can stay in shape

Here are seven ways to fit in shape without having to hit the gym.

Nothing good comes easy. If you want to fit into shape, you have to work effortlessly for it.  The thought of hitting the gym 24/7 kills peoples vibe of getting that hourglass figure.

Hollup, all hope is lost if you don’t have time to exercise regularly or you’re too lazy to burn some calories.

  • Stay in bed

Just a good excuse to spend more hours in bed. You need those seven to nine hours every night to keep you energized throughout the day and during your workout.

  • Change your commute

Save money while burning some fats. Ride your bike or walk for a greater portion or all of your commute.

This will help burn calories and keep you off public transportation for as long as possible.

You can always sneak in some exercise while executing your daily task.  Move through this two-minute workout you can do while brushing your teeth or show off your killer dance moves while applying a cream on your body.

  • Drink more water

More water helps your body burn fatter, and being properly hydrated improves your workout performance. Sip on H2O all day long.

  • Stick to 10s

Make a conscious effort and try 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups every day and you won’t regret.

  • Stand up at least every hour

Sitting all day is bad for your health. Let’s this, set an alarm on phone to alert you to get up at least once an hour – visit the washroom and have a chitchat with your colleagues.

  • Walk for at least 20 minutes a day

20 minutes a day to promote your general well-being is the least you can do for yourself. You can use this time to chat with your neighbors and lend a helping hand to others.

To make things easy for you, try the 20 minutes walk every day after supper for a month to see how much difference it makes to both health and happiness.
