  12. Salad cream

  13. Mayonnaise

  14. Thousand island

  15. Tomatoes

  1. Wash all the vegetables

  2. Chop vegetables into desired sizes.

  3. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and dry in a kitchen towel

  4. Use your hand to roughly break the lettuce into nice small chucks in the salad bowl.

  5. Spread some vinaigrette on the lettuce.

  6. Gently place the tomatoes on the lettuce.

  7. Add chopped celery, cucumber and carrots .

  8. Add the diced boiled potatoes, add the mixed pepper, add some of the spring onions

  9. Add some sardine chunk and other vegetables.

  10. Garnish with sliced eggs.

  11. Use salad cream, mayonnaise, and thousand as dressing.

  12. Can be served with bread as a sandwich, bread, with jollof, rice etc. etc
