Less than a month old in Ghana, patrons of Pizza Hut have started complaining about bad service being offered by the American restaurant chain.
According to these customers, the brand has not lived up to the hype that they had amassed during their pre-launch and launch campaigns. Most customers have complained about the order process, delivery time and even wrong orders being delivered to them.
Some of the frustrated few took to social media to vent their frustrations.
According to one customer who spoke to Pulse.com.gh on anonymity, she went to the restaurant with a friend and waited for close to an hour before receiving their food only to get home to realize that that it was even a wrong order.
