Self raising flour
A pinch of salt
A pinch of nutmeg
Put the margarine into the mixing bowl
Add the sugar and mix together till creamy and smooth
Add your eggs one at a time so its creamier and not cuddle.
Add about a teaspoonful of the vanilla essence into the mixture
Add the flour to the mixture by folding it in till all well incorporated.
Preheat the oven for about 5-10 min.
Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin.
Put the tin of cake mixture into the oven and bake for 15- 20 min at 150C/ 300F / Gas Mark 2.
Use your toothpick /skewer to check whether its ready
Remove from the oven , allow to cool and remove from the tin.
Serve with drinks or smoothie
