Ingredients

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 tbsp water

  • 15 grams butter

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 onions (chopped)

  • 315 grams white rice (cooked, cold)

  • 2 tbsps soy sauce

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 140 grams chicken meat (cooked, chopped)

Method

  1. In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium low heat.

  2. Allow the egg to cook without disturbing it for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Remove from frying pan and cut into thin strips.

  4. Heat oil in same frying pan; add onion and saute until soft.

  5. Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken.

  6. Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg.

  7. Serve hot.
