1 tbsp water
15 grams butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 onions (chopped)
315 grams white rice (cooked, cold)
2 tbsps soy sauce
1 tsp ground black pepper
140 grams chicken meat (cooked, chopped)
In a small bowl, beat egg with water. Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium low heat.
Allow the egg to cook without disturbing it for 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from frying pan and cut into thin strips.
Heat oil in same frying pan; add onion and saute until soft.
Then add rice, soy sauce, pepper and chicken.
Stir fry together for about 5 minutes, then stir in egg.
