  1. Boiled eggs

  2. Sausage meat

  3. Eggs, uncooked

  4. Bread-crumbs

  5. Spices

  6. Butter or cooking oil

  1. Remove shell from boiled egg.

  2. Mix uncooked eggs, flour, bread crumbs.

  3. Cover each egg completely with sausage meat.

  4. Rub the each egg in step 3 with the mixture and sprinkle with spice.

  5. Leave to marinade.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fried until golden brown.

  7. Drain excess oil and serve
